The road is dark and dusky ....

the road is long
and i dont see an end
it is cloudy
and afternoon seems like a night
no sun
heavy wind
i hold the kid in my hand
and walk all alone on this deserted road
waiting for you darling
i know you will come
and hold my hand
and listen to me
and sit with me

i know i will find the way
the road will not be lonely for long
the sun will shine
and once again

we will be a happy family...
