    Wonder who first tagged him as the "first superstar" of Bollywod, but the tag got stuck, it seems.
    As a child I was a big 'fan' of Rajesh Khanna though.

    yeah i was a big fan of his too. Especially after Haathi Mere Saathi. And i remember i had not yet reached puberty to see him as a man of my dreams however i dreamt of him in reality that he was getting married to me instead of Dimple the day he did get married. And i remember i woke up happy to see that dream and went happily to school the day passing wonderful and me having my first crush on that boy who i thought resembled Rajesh Khanna...
    All this when i was in the 3rd grade...
